Workshop imagery for Lifecycle Openers Lab

Participants bring three live drafts. We stress-test openers against skim patterns, tighten verbs, and align tone with lifecycle stage without sounding mechanical. Includes segmentation-aware variants for two cohort slices.

What is inside

  • Line-by-line markup on three drafts
  • Skim-map worksheet for mobile preview
  • Verb ladder for urgency without hype
  • Two segmentation variants per draft
  • Peer swap with structured critique prompts
  • Take-home opener pattern cards

Outcomes

  • Produce six revised openers tied to stages
  • Document a voice guardrail for your team
  • Ship a QA checklist for subject + preview pairs

Participant voices

The skim-map worksheet changed how we preview on phones. Week two opener for browse-return now mirrors voice notes from the Lifecycle Openers Lab deck.
