General Terms

1. Agreement

By accessing data-flow.one and registering for workshops operated by Data Flow ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms and our Data Protection statement. If you disagree, do not submit forms or attend sessions.

2. Services

We provide marketing training workshops, clinics, and related materials. Deliverables are educational, not custom agency production unless a separate statement of work states otherwise.

3. Accounts and communications

You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any workshop portals we issue. Notify us of unauthorized use promptly.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides, and frameworks remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use materials internally for your organization that paid for the seat. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing requires written permission.

5. Participant responsibilities

Participants must follow venue rules, remote meeting etiquette, and respectful conduct policies. We may remove anyone disrupting learning without a refund if behavior violates safety or harassment standards.

6. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a workshop is limited to the fees paid for that specific workshop.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend services for maintenance or force majeure events and will communicate practical alternatives when feasible.
