2. Data we collect
Identifiers (name, email, company), workshop preferences, billing references, device technical data from logs, and message content you submit via forms.
3. Purposes
We process data to deliver workshops, respond to inquiries, improve site reliability, and—only if you opt in—understand aggregated traffic patterns.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract for paid seats, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent for non-essential analytics where required, and legal obligations for tax or regulatory records.
5. Retention
Registration records are kept for the duration of the business relationship plus statutory periods (typically up to five years for operational records unless longer retention is required). Analytics opt-in choices are stored locally in your browser with a brand-prefixed key.
6. Processors and sharing
We use infrastructure and email delivery vendors under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Any transfer outside Korea uses appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable under the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidance. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please report suspected incidents to hello@data-flow.one.
9. Children
Services are not directed to children under 14. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us for deletion.
10. Updates
We will post changes to this Data Protection page with a revised last updated date. Material changes affecting optional analytics will be highlighted in the cookie banner when feasible.
