Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility
Workshop purchases are eligible for refunds as described below if you are a consumer under applicable Korean consumer protection rules. Corporate procurement governed by master agreements follows those contracts instead.
2. 14-day cooling off
For online registrations where services have not yet begun, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund unless you explicitly waived the cooling-off period where law permits.
3. Partial refunds after materials unlock
When digital workbooks or portal access unlocks at kickoff, we may retain a reasonable portion covering delivered value plus administrative fees, calculated transparently in your invoice notes.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party venue fees, shipping for printed decks already dispatched, and completed private coaching blocks are generally non-refundable once incurred.
5. How to request
Email hello@data-flow.one with your order reference, dates, and reason. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where possible; otherwise bank transfer inside Korea.
7. Cancellations by us and exceptions
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future date. Force majeure events follow rescheduling first; refunds when rescheduling is impossible. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under Korean law.
